I’ve always been fascinated by how the human body moves, but I struggled with pain and imbalance caused by everyday habits. Everything changed when I discovered that by learning to use the body anatomically correctly, movement could become effortless and pain-free. Now I’m dedicated to helping others unlock their body’s true potential through Body Design Academy.
